And a New Charlemagne, possibly Herman van Rompuy, will rise to power and establish a revived Roman empire. This one of seemingly little authority is described in the bible as the Little Horn. One day he will rise to rule the world. He is presented as the Sovereign in Revelation 13:5-10, and will be accompanied by the Seignior, Europe’s banker, in Revelation 13:11-18.

A new seigniorage, that is a new moneyness, is coming. Diktat will serve as money and credit in the era of regional global governance, Daniel 2:31-33, where the Beast Regime of Neoauthoritarianism, Revelation 13:1-4, rises out of the profligate nations of Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Spain, to rule in mankind’s seven institutions and the world’s ten regions.

The fiat money system that provided investors a choice of currencies in the Banker Regime of Neoliberalism is now history. It is being replaced by the diktat money system, as evidenced by the Second Greek Bailout. The choice of fiat money is being replaced by the diktat of fiat rule, as the dynamos of growth and profit are winding down, and the dynamos of regional security, stability, and sustainability are powering up.

The ten toed kingdom of regional global government, being mired in the iron of diktat and clay of democracy, will eventually crumble, and a more terrible monster of a one world government, Daniel 7:7, will emerge to provide global seigniorage, Revelation 13:17-18
